I recently purchased a hose grip product, that failed the first time I used it. Out of frustration, I threw it away and did not want to go through a warranty process. Sometime had passed and I saw an ad for JW Wright concepts hose grip. I had forgotten about the product until I saw the ad. I thought well I will at least do a honest review. I got an immediate response from the company owner Jim Wright. Mr. Wright apologized for the failure of the product due to a faulty clamp. He wanted to assure me that customer satisfaction is a high priority for his company. Mr. Wright wanted to send me a new hose grip and a refund. I told him at that time, that I’d be happy to try another hose grip but he did not have to refund my money. In short order, I received a new hose grip and a refund. It is a rare thing today to find a company and or an individual with that kind of integrity. Needless to say, I appreciate both. My only regret is not giving him the opportunity to replace it under warranty to begin with. With appreciation and humility, thank you Jim Wright!
