I am compelled to write this review as I am so impressed not only with the products but the product support of J Wright Concepts. I have the 25 ft cable hookup assembly, which really works well and makes the hookup to the cable receptacle exceptionally easy. I also have four of the hose grip hookups of different sizes. I love how easy they make the hookup of my water, water softener and filters. I had one hose grip blow out (the grip stayed attached to faucet but the innards blew out of it). When I notified the J Wright Concepts representative of the problem grip at the Tampa RV Show they immediately stood by their product and replaced the defective hose grip. Great products with a company that stands behind its products is hard to find in todays world. I can’t say enough about the products and company. Thank you!

I have never written a testimonial for a product before. I am so pleased with the cable grips product and the response I got from Jim Wright, that I felt the need to do so. I had ordered the grips for my RV and the cable as one item. When I received the cable, the grips kept falling off. I contacted Jim and he replied the same day. He thought that it was a possible “issue with the mold”. He immediately sent me a new cable (NC) and assured me that that the problem was an exception not the norm. It is refreshing to find a company that responds to the consumer as Jim did. It is nice to know that some companies actually stand behind their products. I will definitely let my fellow RVers know. Great product, great company!

Just dropping you a line after using the hose grips for a while now…to let you know I love my hose grips. They are working out very well on our fifth wheel. It makes hose connections much easier and once installed, they eliminated my anxiety over cross threading those plastic fittings. I have a Nautilus water and center that sits inboard, behind a door and I leave then connected all the time. I realize that won’t be the case when connections are on the outside of an RV….but I sure do love them…great Idea!

I had to drop you a note and compliment you on this fine product your are selling. I have purchased one of your 25′ long RG-6 cable assemblies to use with our camper when cable TV is available from the camp ground. Recently purchased a satellite system, the small type “F” ;connectors were driving me nuts. Got your cable grip order today, installed it on the Winegard provided cable and no more driving me nuts!!!! Installation was a snap with the clear and complete instructions included.

I just wanted to tell you that your RV Cable Grip is one nifty little device. I wish I’d known about it a few years ago, so I could have avoided all the four-letter words I’ve uttered since then as I struggled to connect our coax cable to our RV. The connection is recessed inside a lip that accommodates a cover for when the connection isn’t in use-but that same lip made it near-impossible to grip the hex connection of the cable to tighten it. With the RV Cable Grip on there, it’s a breeze! I couldn’t believe how easy and fast it was to connect the cable.

By the way, I heard about your products at the Escapees Escapade, for which you donated some door prizes.
